After receiving her undergraduate degree in Biology from Colorado State University, Dr. Jackson continued to Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine for her medical degree. She then completed a residency at the Family Medicine Center in Fort Collins, followed by a fellowship in Geriatrics at Oregon Health Sciences University.

Dr. Mast attended Colorado State University for his undergraduate studies before receiving his medical degree from the University of Colorado-Denver. He completed his internal medicine training at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver. He joined Front Range Geriatric Medicine in 2018 after 4 years in primary care in Fort Collins. “My approach to medicine is to provide compassionate, individualized care with a focus on treating each patient as if they were one of my family members.”

Dr. Robinson received her medical degree and completed her family medicine residency at Southern Illinois University. She later earned a Masters in Public Health from Emory University. Her vast work experience has included private practice, teaching family medicine residents, and geriatric health. “As a family physician, I have always valued caring for the whole family. I enjoy caring for the aging population with an emphasis on maintaining function with quality in a healthy environment.”

“I feel very privileged to work with patients who have lived long and interesting lives; my goal is to help them continue to live at their highest possible level of functioning and joy as they transition to needing a higher level of medical care."

Dr. Glazner is a Colorado native from Cortez. She received her BS from CSU in 1983, and then served with the Peace Corps in North Africa. She earned her MD degree and MS degree in Public Health from the University of Colorado. She is an Associate Clinical Professor with CU and taught family medicine residents for 25 years, practicing at Poudre Valley Hospital for most of her career. She practices medicine in Africa when she isn’t working locally with Columbine Health.

Graduated from University of Wyoming with the following: 1997 Master's of Science with focus as Community Health Clinical Specialist; 2000 Post Master's Certification-Family Nurse Practitioner; 2010 Post Master's Certification-Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. 2012 Graduated from University of Northern Colorado -Doctor of Nursing Practice. Board Certified as both Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

I have a family centered philosophy of care focused on optimal, physical, and mental health functioning in those I work with. I have practiced in the inpatient, outpatient and nursing home settings both in family practice and mental health.
